By accessing or using ONWORK ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
ONWORK provides an AI-powered CRM platform for recruitment agencies, including but not limited to: candidate pipeline management, AI OCR document scanning, automated billing and commission tracking, multi-tenant workspace management, and public career portal hosting.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Agency administrators are responsible for managing team member access and permissions within their workspace.
You retain full ownership of all data uploaded to and generated within your ONWORK workspace, including candidate information, vacancy details, and financial records. ONWORK does not claim ownership of your data.
Documents uploaded for AI OCR processing are sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI) for text extraction. These documents are processed in real-time and are not retained by the AI provider. Results are stored within your isolated workspace.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
ONWORK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
